The Stanford Inn is an exclusive bed & breakfast property where we value each and every guest. It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Following are our policies and procedures, which help us to inform you of the manner in which we conduct our business. We look forward to welcoming you to historic Bartow, Florida, very soon!

A 50% advanced payment (deposit) for your stay is required upon making your reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least seven (7) days* prior to your arrival date in order to cancel your reservation. You will be refunded your deposit less a $25.00 processing fee per room reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation with less than seven (7) days* notice, or shorten your stay by checking out early, please understand that we require your payment for the entire reservation, as it is unlikely we can re-sell your room with such short notice. If we are able to rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made to you, less a $25.00 processing fee per room.

Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

*A 30-day cancellation notice is required on multiple room bookings, whole house bookings, and for holidays and special events.

Check-in is 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. If you will be arriving outside of our check-in period, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out is 11:00 a.m.

The Stanford Inn is pleased to accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover.

The Advanced deposit as described above is required to be placed on a valid credit card to guarantee your room reservation. We apologize that we cannot take room reservations without the deposit.

We are a non-smoking environment, with smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas. We trust that you understand that this rule is for the general comfort and enjoyment of your fellow guests.
